The Odyssey

The incredibly hyped adaptation of Homer's renowned epic poem does not disappoint. The cast is great (except for Zendaya, in my opinion), Nolan's (technical) direction is immaculate, but I think that such grandeur ends up drying the pure, authentical, emotional approach.

Sixteen nominations and seven wins at the David di Donatello awards, feature debut of the talented director Gabriele Mainetti, this pretty chaotic movie is pleasant and full of nice, funny quotes. The cast is extraordinary, especially Pastorelli and Marinelli. Mark: 7.5 / 10
