Nature or nurture? Conscience or culture? Biological or adoptive? From a true, though surreal, story, an interesting documentary about an extremely controversial experiment conducted around sixty years ago.
It took me several days to write about this movie, simply because I'm still deeply touched by its story and subject. I strongly believe, in fact, that it's impossible to remain indifferent or neutral in face of such a profound demonstration of grief and love. By the way, the cast is absolutely awesome. A pretty conventional rom-com film, with a fairytale ending and a couple of great actors. Nothing more, in my opinion. An enjoyable experience, though. Mark: 6.5 / 10
I've never been a fan of Nolan's approach to movies (except for his first films), but this product reconciled my feelings toward him: a magnificent cast, an unquestionable technical aspect and, above all, a great storytelling. Mark: 8 / 10
