Featuring the extraordinary music by Ludovico Einaudi, this is without a doubt one of the most acclaimed pictures of 2020. In my humble opinion it's not a masterpiece at all, but, thanks to the two women that are the soul and the heart of it (the director, screenwriter and editor Chloé Zhao, and the great Frances McDormand), it's a pretty enjoyable movie, more sly and cunning than smart and groundbreaking.
