Sincere, poignant, brusque, direct, touching, compelling, realistic, romantic, rough and tender. This movie exceeds all expectations because incorporates and delivers a universal message of giving ourselves over to love and be loved, in the least conventional manners and ways. Stunningly written and directed, with a truly awesome cast: Josh O'Connor, Alec Secăreanu, Gemma Jones and Ian Hart are, in fact, no more than perfect in their respective roles. Almost a masterpiece.
