More than enjoyable superhero movie, with a great cast, an intriguing plot and a very strong message concerning equality and acceptance. Oh, and it's always a pleasure to see the magnificent Angela Bassett. Mark: 7.5 / 10

As suggested by my dearest friend Massimo, an "energizing and uplifting" movie, technically superb and definitely enjoyable. A little different from the majority of superhero products, and that's a plus, in my opinion. Mark: 7 / 10

Being the first (of many?) spin-off taken from the wizarding world of Harry Potter, there was great expectation: well, I have to confess that, surprisingly, the film is thoroughly enjoyable, extremely well acted and magnificently crafted. Mark: 7.5 / 10

Interesting, wicked documentary about a twisted mind using a sort of innocent bait (tickling competitions) to blackmail young, straight, college guys. It seems the plot of a (gay) porn movie or something like that: sadly, everything is real. Mark: 7 / 10

In terms of telling something new about the awareness of one's own sexuality, it could be stated that this movie doesn't say anything extraordinarily original; besides, there are a few, feeble, slownesses in the development of the subject. Apart from these, negligible, aspects, Call Me by Your Name is a gem. Nothing less than a pure, crystalline, unforgettable gem. And Timothée Chalamet delivers a performance too real to be considered mere acting. Mark: 9 / 10

At last, a movie that deserves all the praises and talking and hype that got: magnificently acted, terrifically written and wonderfully directed. Mark: 8.5 / 10

Scary, somewhat funny, witty, forcing the audience to a non stop razor's edge kind of mood, very well acted, terrifically written. Some ideas taken here and there, but overall a must see movie. Mark: 8 / 10

Being a huge fan of figure skating, this was a must see. Apart from every consideration regarding the "incident" between Harding and Kerrigan, the movie is wonderfully acted, intriguingly (and ironically) scripted and, in the end, it has a great sense of rhythm. A must see indeed, for everyone. Mark: 8 / 10

Before writing these couple of lines, I checked the overall consensus, and I must admit I was pretty shocked to see that almost everyone seems to have liked (a lot) this sequel. Well, not me. In my (humble) opinion, it's way distant from the prototype, under every aspect. Mark: 6.5 / 10
